Fee Schedule

A in person or virtual meeting discussing your rooms and desires for each space. Larger homes take 2+ hours.  In person meetings are more and pricing depends on the location. 

Interior finishes include flooring, plumbing fixtures, tile, light fixtures, woodwork and cabinetry, hardware, countertop and paint colors. There are 2 revisions/ change of orders at no additional cost.   You will receive the photos of the selections and all the details including vendors, item numbers, finishes, grout colors, placement, size, color, price and quantity.  Includes all conversations needed throughout the building process.

Exterior finishes include paint colors, front and back porch tile, ceiling treatments/stain colors, light fixtures, garage doors, roof(s), windows & railing.  You will receive the photos of the selections and all the details including vendors, item numbers, finishes, grout colors, placement, size, color, price and quantity.   There are 2 revisions/ change of orders at no additional cost.  

This includes (2) mood board options per room and a 2D space plan .  Selections include furnishings, art, rugs, window treatments, lamps, wall paper, lighting and accessories selected. Costs include the design selections, managing orders & shipments from wholesalers, scheduling contractors.  The design labor for setting up the home/office the day of installation is not included. $1,200

Includes 2D construction drawings for cabinets with a room layout and 3D images of room including actual finishes selected.  This package can be added on to the interior finish selections package if you need assistance with the cabinet specifics or help envisioning the space.  Costs vary depending on the size of the room and the amount of details to incorporate.

 This includes (2) mood board design options  per room and a 2D space plan.  Selections include furnishings, art, rugs, window treatments, lamps, wall paper, lighting and minimum accessories. Costs include the design selections only.  You will be responsible for setting up the room.  All we need from you is a floor plan with measurements and your inspiration. Selections are from retail stores.
